Since 1882, the Sugar Association of London has been providing members with Rules and Contract Terms for raw sugar trading and established Arbitration services for dispute resolution.
The Refined Sugar Association, founded just a few years later in 1891, provides the same range of services for the white sugar trade.
Founded in 2007, the Ethanol Association of London now provides Rules and Contract terms for the growing Ethanol trade market.
