Rules and Contract Conditions
The Council of the Association is responsible for the framing of the Rules and Regulations for the international white sugar trade which are used by the majority of international companies trading white sugar.
The Rules and Regulations are reviewed regularly by the Council to ensure that they conform to current trade requirements and government and EU legislation.
The Association's Rules and Regulations contain the following sections:
(i) Lists of Council members, Arbitrators and a complete list of our members and their addresses. Please note that we do not publish our member's telephone, fax or e-mail numbers.
(ii) Rules Relating to the Association's Constitution.
(iii) Rules Relating to Arbitration.
(iv) Rules Relating to Contracts.
(v) Rules Relating to Contracts-European Union Trade.
(vi) Institute Commodity Trades Insurance Clauses.
