Education and Training

The Association, together with The Sugar Association of London, arranges education and training seminars for its members and their employees, with senior members of the trade and the legal profession giving their time freely to talk on a variety of subjects.

We aim to arrange at least two seminars a year and the last programme drew in excess of 60 delegates, heard from a leading Queen's Counsel and seven lawyers from the leading City law firms.

Education and Training 2010: Arbitration Seminar

The next seminar will be held on 11 February 2010 and will be focused on Damaged Sugar - giving observation and advice from the position of the Supervisior, insurers, lawyers and Courts' perspective. Reed Smith LLP have very kindly agreed to host this event in their new offices at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS.
